For item purchased over the internet or by mail order - The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allow for a cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel your order. The cooling off period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which you receive the goods. Should you wish to exercise this right, first of all we require you to inform us of your intention to return the goods by either telephone, email or by letter. Please dispatch the goods back by recorded post to ensure their safe delivery. All postage costs for the return are your responsibility. All goods returned to us should be unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition.

Where you have exercised your right to cancel and we have received the goods back we will refund your money (excluding postage) within 30 days, usually using the same payment method that your original payment was made (i.e. credit back to your credit/debit card or via Cheque).

The customer information we gather is data collected during the ordering process.
